Alexis Marrero Deese is an avid reader of fantasy. Her favorite authors include Brandon Sanderson, Jaqueline Carey and Leigh Bardugo. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Writing and is the author of the Dance of the Elements series and Tales of a Sixth-Grade Werecat.
When she isn’t writing, Alexis is probably cooking an elaborate feast, riding unicorns, slaying monsters or simply curled up with a good book.
