Carol J Forrester grew up North Shropshire on her parents’ farm, alongside her younger sister. She started writing poems in secondary school and published her debut collection after leaving university. Fascinated by history, and mythology, her house is bursting at the seams when it comes to books, and she spends as much time as she can surrounded by fellow poets.
