James Tarr is a government services consultant and writer.
Born and raised in Lynn, Massachusetts, he earned two degrees in Criminal Justice and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Master of Science in Urban and Regional Policy from Northeastern University. He lives with his wife Christina and daughter Julia in the Boston Area.
These Troubled Days is his first novel.
