Police Chief Ronald Galloway is preparing for retirement when a series of murders begin to plague the small town of Prairie Ridge. Ronald soon recognizes a striking resemblance between these crimes and those committed by a serial killer known only as “The Beast” – a sadistic psychopath who took everything from him two decades ago.
