Lyra Haven has been telling stories all her life, ever since she was old enough to daydream. When her third-grade teacher published her book about a little lost elf in the school library, the spark was lit. However, life had other plans, and dreams of sharing her stories went on the back burner.
An avid reader, once she discovered the world of queer romance, there was no going back. Finding such an amazing community was finally what prompted her to take a leap of faith and share the stories in her head with the rest of the world. ‘Dust to Ash’ is her debut novel, the first of a trilogy.
After a decade full of travel and living in three different states and two countries, she finally came back to her Midwestern hometown. She now lives in Indiana in a drafty old house with her two cats and crazy husky (who has more Instagram followers than she does).
