Chaos is a Friend of Mine is a collection of poems inspired by love, loss, patterns, and chaos. It inspires self-reliance and the beauty of letting go. My wish for you after you read this is that you choose yourself from now on.

Themes include mental illness, intimate partner violence, trauma cycles, assault, and small town nonsense. But also love, growth, beauty, and healing. It gets dark. It gets hopeful. It’s a little bit chaotic…but hasn’t chaos always been a friend for people like us?
