I… Love… Stories! Fiction, folklore, or fact, anything can be a good story. The key is to show a living soul behind the words, even if your story has no dialogue or characters. In some ways, this makes my job so much easier than yours, as an author.

In college, I double majored in Literature and Writing and minored in Linguistics with the intention of becoming a developmental editor. My deepest desire was to partner with authors to help them make their stories the best they could possibly be. Through this, I gained a deep understanding of the time and diligence you put into each and every word. I learned about the delicate, connotative nuance that you work so hard to craft. I studied the fascinating diversity of regional dialects and accents.

My biggest regret is letting fear keep me from studying performing arts, but a few years ago, I decided that fear would no longer rule my life. I have since had many hours of workshops and private coaching from award-winning audiobook narrator Emily Lawrence, dialect coach Chris Lang, and accent and vocal technique coach Amanda Quaid.

I still love partnering with authors to make the best possible story. I want to work with you to make the voice of your story a reality, and I am happy to be a partner in your marketing efforts, too!
