Rae Washington has been working as a Home Care nurse in England, since moving from America over a year ago. Her latest job entails being a long term, in-home nurse for the matriarch of a very wealthy family. Rae’s enjoying the job so far, especially since her patient, Lydia Rose, is a very outgoing and “spicy” woman who enjoys having fun despite her ailing health. As time goes by, Rae falls for Lydia’s son, her new boss, William.

William Rose is the heir to his grandfather’s successful financial company. He’s tasked with ensuring the family business continues and thrives until he passes the company along to his offspring. The problem, William’s 41 and has no offspring or wife, leaving no one to take over the family business. Time is highly important to the family, but things change when he meets Rae. He’s quickly enamored with his mother’s new nurse but tries to be subtle about it. With every passing day, he finds it harder and harder to keep his feelings to himself.

With the relationship between Rae and William blooming, Lydia’s constantly on William’s tail about “family obligations” and producing an heir to the family business, leaving William in a moral predicament. Should he tell Rae his family’s secret or should he keep his secret and hope for the best?
